When do we collect information? What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website? 

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, or fill out a form on our site. If you book a course on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help us offer this service. If registering for our newsletter we will collect your Name and Email address. If applying for AWAN application, we will collect your name, address and relevant information to help us process your application. 

 

Do we use Cookies?

You can choose to subscribe to Arts Canteen’s mailing list to receive news about our music projects, festivals, exhibitions and related events.

By subscribing to our mailing list you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their privacy policy and terms. MailChimp collects and stores mailing list subscriptions in order to allow us to create and use distribution lists, send marketing email campaigns, and place online advertisements. 

 

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list and future communications by following the links at the bottom of every email we send out via Mail Chimp. If we have contacted you in the past and you have explicitly told us that you don’t want to receive marketing communications from us, we will keep your name and address on a list of people we don’t contact. If you would prefer for your information to be deleted from that list, please let us know using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
